Sustainable business requires new business models. We provide the necessary knowledge.
Sustainable business requires new business models. Sustainable business models are increasingly important drivers of business success. They focus on processes rather than products, on sharing rather than owning; they are circular and/or regenerative. The continuing education program Sustainable Business Models enables you to make your supply chains sustainable, reach the growing number of sustainability-oriented customers effectively, contribute to the common good in your region – and communicate this transparently and effectively both internally and externally. In this way, you secure your company’s success sustainably. You will learn to take a holistic approach to new business ideas and to orient start-ups and spin-offs sustainably from the outset. Systemic perspectives enable you to place changes in your business field in the context of societal change, as well as to identify cross-company and cross-sector processes in the sustainable transformation of the economy and make them productive for your fields of business.
The certificate can be credited toward the Master’s degree program “Business Administration – Shaping the Economy Sustainably” at Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences.
The continuing education program offers a unique combination of academic rigor, practical relevance, and methodological diversity. Aesthetic processes and artistic methods provide targeted support for holistic, specialist training by making blind spots, unconscious knowledge, and non-cognitive processes accessible to participants as sources of knowledge.
