In cooperation with the EFA continuing education institute (Educacion, Filosofia y Arte), registered in Chile, Alanus University offers an academic continuing education program in the form of a three-year, part-time certificate course that teaches the foundations of Waldorf education and is intended to qualify participants for independent teaching of foreign languages. The certificate course is aimed primarily at applicants who wish to teach in a Spanish-speaking country (Spain, Latin America, among others). Other interested persons are also welcome.
The aim of the certificate course is to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for working as a foreign language teacher. The foundations of Waldorf education play a central role in this. In addition to the didactics of foreign language teaching, anthropological and developmental psychology aspects of educational processes are addressed.
In addition, the certificate course also includes artistic and cultural studies seminars that support the students’ personal development.

The certificate course is aimed primarily at applicants who wish to teach languages in a Spanish-speaking country (Spain, Latin America, etc.). Other interested persons are also welcome.

To this end, the foundations of Waldorf education play a fundamental role. In addition to the didactics of foreign language teaching, anthropological and developmental psychological aspects of educational and child development processes are addressed.
