International Master's Degree Program in Waldorf Education
The three-year international part-time master’s degree program in Waldorf Education, with a focus on “Teaching and Research,” prepares students for careers as teachers and researchers at Waldorf schools. The degree program centers on an in-depth theoretical and academic engagement with reform education and Waldorf education in today’s world.
Special emphasis is placed on acquiring Waldorf educational and didactic competencies as well as academic, practice-based research skills and the gradual development and implementation of research projects. Another goal is to support (future/current) Waldorf teachers in unfolding their authentic potential and personality through artistic transformation. Students develop a range of observation and judgment skills and strengthen their creativity, flexible thinking, and personal responsibility.
