Food truck Locura e. G. moves into the pop-up restaurant LADEN EIN for two weeks

Alumni start-up Locura e. G. and practice partner in the degree program "BWL – Rethinking Business" will move into the Cologne pop-up restaurant LADEN EIN for two weeks starting Monday, 19 February, offering Argentine delicacies there.

The Locura team invites guests to discover the variety of Argentine empanadas (baked and fried pastries) and other traditional specialties from the country. With great passion, the collective is dedicated to Argentine cuisine and its culinary distinctions. The main focus is especially on empanadas from the various provinces of the country. The menu is based on many original recipes that were either discovered during travels through Argentina or passed down by their own (host) family.

The empanadas are handmade and filled, for example, with a colorful trio of quinoa, avocado, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, as well as fresh mint and fresh coriander, or with a Gouda-corn filling and homemade chimichurri marinade. For meat lovers, there are various options, including minced beef marinated in lemon juice with fresh tomatoes, onions, and garlic.

In addition to the small pastries, many other savory specialties are on offer. You can accompany them, for example, with fried plantains or small cheese-and-cassava balls, which pair well with mate tea. The selection of Argentine wines is well worth trying.

Alumni Mario Adam and Jakob Gundert, as well as Alanus students Anna de Coninck and Marius Witz, look forward to welcoming many guests. Alanus University students receive a 10% discount during the two weeks!
