Software AG Foundation (SAGST)

In 2005, Alanus University entered into a strategic educational partnership with the Software AG Foundation (SAGST), which on the one hand provides it with economic stability and on the other grants it full academic freedom.

SAGST is a funding foundation that does not run its own university projects and does not pursue any independent commercial interests. In accordance with its foundation charter, it supports the university’s basic funding indirectly through the Alanus Foundation. For this purpose, it regularly concludes funding agreements with the Alanus Foundation.
