Process and Project Management Training

A professional development event at Rudolf Steiner School Hamburg Altona

Building on a restructuring of the self-governance bodies of Rudolf Steiner School Altona, the responsible committees are planning to introduce systematic process and project management in school leadership. For this purpose, the IPA was commissioned to conduct process and project management training for the teachers concerned. Participants in the training conducted by Prof. Dr. Florian Kluge were the members of the school’s newly formed committees: School Coordination, School Development, Staff Committee and Executive Board. The training covered the following topics:
1) Introduction to processes and process management, creation of process overviews and process maps,
2) Identification and structuring of processes in school work
3) Exemplary modeling of specific selected processes
4) Consolidation of the findings developed
5) Introduction to projects and project management
6) Agreement on the next steps
