Collaboration: Leading Yourself and Teams Radically Differently.

Content

The workshop is based on the approaches and tools of the Radical Collaboration® program. It integrates approaches from Nonviolent Communication and systemic coaching. In this way, we address key topics in leadership and collaboration such as team conflicts, defensive behavior, trust and safety, and cultural development.

Methods

The workshop focuses on practical, interactive learning. There are no long theory blocks; instead, participants work directly with real case studies from their own professional environment. No rigid roles are prescribed, and the learning content can be flexibly applied to different professional contexts. Particularly valuable is the immediate application of the methods learned to participants’ own work—this allows current challenges to be addressed and guided toward solutions directly within the workshop. ​.

David Polte and Prof. Dr. Susanne Blazejewski are certified Radical Collaboration trainers. Susanne Blazejewski works in teaching and research at Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences to encourage organizations and employees to shape business in a sustainable, future-oriented way. David Polte works as an executive trainer and team developer with organizations in the private sector and supports private individuals through courses and outdoor retreats in developing into leadership personalities in their personal lives as well.

The workshop is aimed at employees in organizations and companies who want to further develop their communication and conflict skills for better teamwork. We especially welcome participants from the Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences community of alumni, staff, and students.
