Eva-Maria Zoll makes corporate culture tangible and understandable.

As one of the very first alumnae of the Rethinking Economics degree program, Eva-Maria talks about her work as the founder of CULTUREDESIGN.

Eva-Maria Zoll was one of the pioneers of the Business Administration – Rethinking Economics degree program and studied at Alanus University from 2007 to 2010. She completed her practical phases at tegut… gute Lebensmittel and was able to experience firsthand what it means to work in an extraordinary corporate culture. The topic of culture has never let go of her since.

After completing her degree in Business Administration, she trained as a business trainer and design thinker and can now draw on experience from a wide range of working and living cultures in Peru, Australia, Mexico, India, the USA, and Germany—from patriarchal structures to innovative start-up chaos and holacracy.
As the founder of culturedesign.org, her goal is to make corporate culture more tangible and understandable, to create awareness that everyone shapes culture, whether consciously or not, and that at the same time we cannot leave corporate culture to chance, but must shape it consciously and continuously—especially when familiar structures are falling apart and we are striving for sustainable systemic change.
