Would you like to feel better, healthier, and more connected to other people? Starting in mid-March, the Art Therapy/Social Art degree program at Alanus University invites you to join free online art therapy courses through the a.l.s.O.b project. Especially now, in times of working from home and Corona-related isolation, this is a gift for your health!
A.l.s.O.b is a social-artistic online program for anyone who would like to experience the strengthening, healing, and connecting power of art. Artistic work takes place in a group of no more than eight people over at least five sessions of 90 minutes each. In addition, suggestions for personal deepening between sessions are offered. “We launched our project during the Covid-19 pandemic, and it quickly became clear that the online sessions have a positive effect on the participants’ health and well-being and also mitigate the negative effects of isolation,” explains art therapist Corinne Roy. “Beyond Corona, we believe that our project is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together in a creative way, across all borders.”
Registrations are now possible by email at ba-kunsttherapie@alanus.edu. The number of participants is limited and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
