Together, we reflect on your leadership and experiment with new approaches
We all have different experiences with leadership – and from my own experience I know: it always exists in the tension between role and personality. And especially in times of NextGen, new challenges arise.
This weekend offers you a unique blend of training, workshop, and coaching. Together, we reflect on your leadership, experiment with new approaches, and learn from one another through exchange. I am convinced: leadership is not a rigid concept – it emerges through personality, communication, and methodology. Because real leadership begins with ourselves!
Content & Methods
A weekend to explore, reflect on, and practically test your own leadership style – always with the mindset that we ourselves are the most important tool for leadership and that our way of being shapes our actions.
The three principles for this weekend:
- Experience: learning through experience, not just theory
- Embodiment: bringing head, heart, and hand into harmony
- Community: learning and growing together
