Startup SiClaro

Students found SiClaro, a sustainable body shop.

The idea to found SiClaro arose from the impulse to break taboos and create a space where people can reflect on our bodies and our sexuality without restriction and continue to educate ourselves. In conversations, we often noticed that both we and our conversation partners lack a lot of basic knowledge and that we use sex toys and body care products that are not truly sustainable.

In the Sustainable Entrepreneurship module, we further developed the idea together, wrote an initial business plan, and pooled our skills and ideas. Jonathan and Laura studied Business Administration – Rethinking Economics at Alanus University. Laura with practical partner dm drogerie-markt and Jonathan together with Stockmar. Sonja is currently still studying Sustainable Management with Brotklappe in Weimar. Lea-Mara is the amazing designer from Münster whom SiClaro had been waiting for.

With the impulse to prepare knowledge and the urgency of bringing even more sustainability into all areas of life, we ultimately decided to found SiClaro! #loveforfuture #sexucateyourself
