Professors from Alanus University discuss the future of education at Europe’s leading education fair from 20 to 24 February in Cologne.

Media education, starting school, learning with all the senses ­– Visitors to didacta can look forward to lectures and public discussions on current educational issues in the context of childhood and Waldorf education. The Department of Educational Sciences at Alanus University in Alfter near Bonn will present itself together with the Federation of Free Waldorf Schools at Koelnmesse in Hall 8, Stand C060.

  • 20 February, 1 pm: Getting Ready for School (Prof. Dr. Stefanie Greubel)
  • 22 February, 12 noon: Waldorf Education in a Global Perspective (Prof. Dr. Jost Schieren)
  • 22 February, 1 pm: Being a Child with All the Senses (Prof. Dr. Philipp Gelitz)
  • 22 February, 4 pm: Improvisational Theatre with Students (Prof. Ulrich Maiwald)
  • 23 February, 3:30 pm: Strong Children in the Digital Age (Prof. Dr. Paula Bleckmann & criminologist Prof. Dr. Christian Pfeiffer)
