University continuing education with certificate with Dipl.-Psych. Annette Horster-Schepermann and others

PENTAGRAM Trauma Pedagogy and Trauma Therapy – The Method

PENTAGRAM trauma work was developed over the past 25 years by Dipl.-Psych. Annette Horster-Schepermann in Hamburg. It is based on scientifically grounded, resource-oriented, depth-psychology trauma therapy concepts, while also integrating modern, neurobiologically grounded integration methods from other approaches, such as narrative exposure, kinesiologically supported EMDR, and holistic BASK techniques, which in recent years have proven to be particularly gentle, effective, and sustainably impactful. It is a highly effective, clearly structured method with a wide range of applications.

PENTAGRAM trauma work was developed for the support and treatment of both adults and children and adolescents with trauma-related disorders and is also suitable for educational and therapeutic support for people with language and/or cognitive impairments.

In the further training programmes in PENTAGRAM trauma pedagogy and trauma therapy, the stabilization and integration techniques of PENTAGRAM work can be learned step by step – embedded in a holistic, Waldorf-oriented overall therapy concept.

The PENTAGRAM trauma work is also suitable for working with people with language and/or cognitive impairments.
