Fundamentals of Painting Therapy according to Liane Collot d’Herbois // Polarities – experiential field of human development
University continuing education with 2 modules with Sandra Pregizer
Every person exists between polarities. On a larger scale, these may be good and evil, day and night, or inhaling and exhaling. In everyday life, this may, for example, involve performance pressure and free development.
If a person’s individual disposition is one-sided, e.g. due to stress or other influences, they fall out of balance. This can lead to mental problems or illness.
Painting therapy according to the working method of Liane Collot d’Herbois helps to recognize these issues in the picture and gradually restore balance step by step.
