• Contact person for students in the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in the Department of Business for all questions related to their studies, such as exams, assessments, and Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
• Program coordination / timetable planning / room planning for the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in the Department of Business
• Management of the Moodle/FlexNow learning platform as well as grade entry in the examination administration system
• Preparation and follow-up of examination phases in coordination with the Examinations Office
• Issuing teaching assignments, invoice verification, travel expense accounting
• Maintenance of the website and responsibility for all other administrative tasks in the Department of Business
