Service for Students and Prospective Students
Alanus University offers various services for its students and prospective students and applicants. These include general and subject-specific study guidance, financial aid service and, in cooperation with the University of Bonn, psychosocial counselling.
The Service Office for Students on Campus II issues and accepts documents, provides assistance with general questions about studies and examinations, and refers students to contact persons in the Student Administration Office and Examination Office. In addition, the Student Administration Office and the Examination Office offer their services by phone, e-mail and virtually.
