Service Office for Students

The Service Office is the first point of contact on campus for students for issuing and accepting documents, questions regarding studies and examinations, and finding contact persons from the Student Administration Office and Examination Office. The Service Office for Students offers the following services in particular:

For studies– the Student Administration Office

  • Issuing certificates of matriculation (certificates of enrolment)
  • Accepting of applications for change of degree programme, leave of absence, termination, and ex-matriculation after successful completion of studies 
  • Returning student IDs and accepting certificates of un-encumbrance from the library upon ex-matriculation
  • Accepting applications for admission
  • Accepting learning agreements
  • Issuing semester tickets
  • Renewing student IDs
  • Certifying documents
  • Preparing documents and certificates to be picked up

For exams – the Examination Office

  • Issuing proof of academic achievement
  • Issuing of FlexNow access data
  • Accepting registrations and de-registrations for examinations
  • Accepting cancellation and processing time extension requests
  • Accepting applications for the recognition of study and examination credits
  • Accepting applications for approval of Bachelor's and Master's theses
  • Providing information on registration deadlines and dates
  • Accepting Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
